provided 40,000 + toys to underprivileged and special needs children.

All the stuffed animals were adorable and many of the parents who received them planned to put them under the tree for their children on Christmas morning...  Thank you ever so much for the wonderful gift. It surely brightened up many little children’s eyes.

Volunteers from the WNY Chapter of Earth Scouts sorting gifts

On December 3rd 25 volunteers prepared presents for A Gift for Christmas 2011.   On December 6th 35 organizations drove vans, trucks and cars to the docks of The Teacher’s Desk to receive 9000 presents to distribute to special needs and under privileged children throughout the WNY community.

Thank you to all the volunteers who gave of their time making it such a special day preparing the gifts.  Thank you also to the incredible generosity of organizations who gave like BibleToys.com, GEMS, Just Joy Ministries, Kids In Distressed Situations, Life Church, Soles4Souls, The Douglas Company, The Toy Bank and The William S. Hein Company.

We pray that God would draw those that gave and those that received to Jesus greatest gift of all.
